Canyoning
This time, you’ll be dressed up as a frogman on your way down the steep-sided rivers to discover the treasures of a mineral world that has been carved out by water. Lots of leisurely and refreshing acrobatics will be the order of the day as you overcome the obstacles: swimming, jumping, sliding and playing with the current. With canyoning, unlike water-hiking, the abseiling descents are more abrupt and so harness and ropes are required.

A must Water-Hiking ! Just upstream of St Jean du Bruel , this course is carved in schist. Playful, fun and great time in family is used to go down the wilderness area of the “haute Dourbie” . It includes jumps ( not mandatory ) , slides and sections of walking or swimming.
Canyon : Our two nearest classics are the Tapoul Gorges and the Bramabiau Gorges in the Cévennes mountains (about one hour’s drive).
